After selecting a Case Review time below, you will be prompted to upload documentation and provide a description of your case. This is not a scheduled appointment; we will review your submission and respond within 48 hours.

We adhere to HIPAA standards, ensuring your documentation is kept secure. If preferred, you may redact personal details before submission—however, full details will be required should you choose for MedBill Advocate to handle your case.

After booking, you will be prompted to upload your documents. Please have the following ready:

• Medical bill(s) from your provider

• Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company

• Any denial letters or supporting documents

Provide a brief description of your case. After submitting your documents, you’ll be asked to describe your billing issue in detail. This helps us assess your case quickly and accurately.

We will review and follow up with you. Once we’ve assessed your case, we’ll email you with recommendations and available options for moving forward.

If you decide to move forward with MedBill Advocate for a custom appeal letter or full-service case handling, we will need your personal details to accurately represent your case.

You will receive a response outlining your options. Depending on your case, you can:

Request a custom letter & guidance for handling appeals.

Opt for full-service support, where we manage the dispute on your behalf.
